Spicy Roast Turkey

8 cloves garlic 
3 tbs rosemary 
1 tsp paprika 
1 tbs pepper 
1 tsp salt 
2 tbs olive oil 
1 kg boneless turkey, thawed 

How to cook:

  • In a food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and salt; turn the motor on and add oil until garlic is coarsely chopped. 
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a roasting pan and rack with non-stick vegetable spray. 
  • Spread half the garlic mixture over the inside of the turkey. Reroll. Tie firmly with string ever 2-inches. Spread remaining garlic mixture over the turkey. Place on rack in roasting pan.
  • Roast 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center registers 170°F. Remove from oven. Let stand for 20 minutes before removing string. Cut into thin slices to serve. Spoon pan juices over the turkey.
